Pontos Netherlands invests in real estate promoting sustainability as well as future-oriented companies, and consists of a team of skilled professionals in investment management.
Pontos Netherlands invests in:
- In real estate, real estate development companies and companies that utilize real estate in a strategic way. We actively seek like-minded investors and JV partners. Our equity tickets are typically 5 to 20 million euros, but we can substantially inject equity in the ownership period.
- Future-oriented companies with innovative approach linked to real estate or construction sector.

Ronald Dorjee

Ronald Dorjee is the CFO of Fokker Next Gen, a manufacturer of hydrogen combustion aircraft, and is owner of Condor Corporate Finance, a corporate finance boutique. He has extensive expertise in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, aerospace as well as business development.
